Once cured, I sand the surface to give it a smooth and silky matte finish. Stud backs are embedded using a thin layer of resin to ensure that the posts cannot come loose with wear and can be worn for many years to come.

~ Store me away from sunlight so my colours keep on popping

~ Apply any creams, makeup, perfume or hair products before you put me on

~ Use a slightly damp soft cloth to clean me. Don’t submerge me in water or jewellery cleaner

~ Polymer clay has a slight bend to its properties to help it remain strong. Please don't try and bend your jewellery, this is not the intended use 

Timescale

All So & So Jewellery and trinkets are made and shipped in small batches by Sophie. Posting day is normally a Monday or Tuesday following a product release on a Friday. If this is due to differ, you will be alerted to any change prior to ordering. If ordering outside of this time, the item will be posted within 3-5 working days from the order date. e.g. if ordering on a Tuesday, your item will be posted between Friday ~ Monday.

Options

Standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for (Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 days)

~ Other shipping options are available if you would prefer a speedy option or to track it's journey.

~ Shipping is calculated by weight due to the heavy nature of some of the products stocked. 

~ The price will be between £3 and £5 for total weight under 1kg. Scallop trinket trays are the heaviest items stocked and weigh around 350g to give you a guide. All jewellery is very lightweight.

I gladly accept returns of bracelets, necklaces, trinket dishes or trays. Earrings are non-returnable due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons. I do not accept exchanges.

The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

 ~ Custom or personalised orders

 ~ Intimate items. e.g. earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 ~ Items on sale

The customer is required to pay the shipping fee unless there is a fault with the item

All items can be sent as gifts directly to the recipient. Jewellery is presented on a So & So presentation card and both Jewellery and Trinkets are wrapped in vibrant pink tissue paper with a So & So sticker. Your recipient will also get a thank you/care card included to give advice on how to make your jewellery last for years to come. Please include the recipients full address and the message you’d like to be included on a gift note at checkout.
