Once cured, I sand the surface to give it a smooth and silky matte finish. Stud backs are embedded using a thin layer of resin to ensure that the posts cannot come loose with wear and can be worn for many years to come.

~ Store me away from sunlight so my colours keep on popping

~ Apply any creams, makeup, perfume or hair products before you put me on

~ Use a slightly damp soft cloth to clean me. Don’t submerge me in water or jewellery cleaner

~ Polymer clay has a slight bend to its properties to help it remain strong. Please don't try and bend your jewellery, this is not the intended use 

All So & So Jewellery is made and shipped in small batches by Sophie. Your order will be posted within 3 working days from the order date but if you need something sent super quick, please add a note and I'll do my best to get it to you in the timescale you need!

Standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for (Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 days)

I gladly accept returns of bracelets, necklaces, trinket dishes or trays. Earrings are non-returnable due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons. I do not accept exchanges.

The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

 ~ Custom or personalised orders

 ~ Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 ~ Items that are on sale/discounted with a code

The customer is required to pay the return shipping fee unless there is a fault with the item.

Jewellery is normally presented on a So & So jewellery card and both Jewellery and Trinkets are wrapped in vibrant pink tissue paper with a So & So sticker and a navy bow. If ordering charms or hoops, they will be sent in a jewellery pouch. You will also receive a thank you/care card to give advice on how best to make your items last for years to come.

Gift orders can be sent directly to your recipient. Please include their full address and the message you’d like to be included on a gift note at checkout.

All parcels are secured with our iconic scallop tape ready to drop cheerfully through yours or a pals letterbox.
